It is very peaceful, quiet, neighbors are nice.

i would say, for the most part, its been an enjoyable experience.no major problems, other some minor shower and fridge problems, but no big deal. this complex is very quiet for the most part, which is a nice change after living in city apartments. all in all, a pleasant experience, relatively affordable apartments, love the vaulted ceilings. grounds are well maintained and groomed, though some buildings could use some cosmetic touch up maintaince, lots of rust and peeling paint on some buildings. but again, for the price, i would recommend trinitylakes as a comfortable fairly safe quiet place to live. oh, by the way, wonderful staff.

The staff are great and on point to take care of me when i need something done. And the maint. are great to thank ing Stan for coming quite to help me.I feel like my family has gotten bigger.

It is very affordable living.

It is actually peaceful even if it is in the city. The grounds are kept up nicely and maintenance is not a problem when it is needed.

Peaceful, with everything you need not to br board and more.

The grounds are park-like. The buildings are open and airy. The office staff is efficient and personable; when you go in to take care of business, they know who you are (by name) and hold a real conversation with you. The maintenance supervisor is AWESOME! He made the comment to another maintenance guy when he was fixing my ice maker, "These are my residents. I'm going to take care of them." Just hearing that made me feel like he looked at my apartment as more than a job to be done...he saw it as someone's home. That made me feel really good.

Nice frendly living environment

I like living in the Trinity Lake Apartment because of the space the sevice that quick maintance, and they are prompt when it comes to business.

I love living at Trinity Lakes! The staff make all the difference in the world. they make sure that all of my needs are met in a timely manner and are always so professional and courteous.

The property grounds are always kept nice and clean. Our apartment on the brown side stays nice and cold during those hot summer months. That is a plus! The leasing staff here gets to know you by name which makes us feel more at home. We have enjoyed the past 4 years living here. Trinity Lakes is also in a very convenient place being so close to many things. The schools that are assigned to this property are also great! Riverwood Elementary was just built last year and our daughter loves it there. If you want to live in an apartment that is reasonable on rent while being in a safe environment with great schools, then Trinity Lakes is the apartment for you.

It's been the best experience I've ever had with an apartment. Every member of their staff is caring and friendly. They make your concerns, their concerns and quickly rectify any problems. I couldn't ask for more

I have lived here for 4 years now. It is quiet, I feel safe. My neighbors are nice and the overall experience has been great! I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to call home.
